Important information about Red Cat PAC

Contributions are not tax deductible for federal income tax purposes. Contributions to Red Cat PAC will be used for political purposes in connection with federal elections and are subject to the prohibitions and limitations in the Federal Election Campaign Act (FECA).

All contributions to Red Cat PAC are strictly voluntary. You have the right to refuse to contribute without reprisal. You may contribute up to a maximum amount of $5,000 per calendar year. Any guidelines for contributing are merely suggestions. You may contribute more or less than the guidelines or nothing at all and you will not be favored or disadvantaged by reason of the amount of your contribution or because of your decision not to contribute. Federal law requires Red Cat PAC to use its best efforts to collect and report the name, mailing address, occupation, and name of employer of individuals whose contributions exceed $200 in a calendar year.

Red Cat PAC is prohibited by law from accepting contributions from anyone who is not a U.S. citizen or a lawfully admitted permanent resident (e.g., a Green Card holder residing in the U.S.). Red Cat PAC actively solicits contributions from members of its board of directors and Red Cat’s executive and administrative personnel. Red Cat has determined which personnel qualify as executive and administrative personnel in accordance with 11 C.F.R. § 114.1(c) with the Fair Labor Standards Act as a guideline, per the FEC regulations implementing the FECA. Contributions from persons who do not meet the above criteria will be returned.

PAC contributors may not obtain, seek, or accept any financial or other benefit for themselves or Red Cat from the recipient charity in exchange for the matching donation made by Red Cat.
